This Privacy Policy explains how Voxsmith ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our service.

Information we collect

Account info (email, name), social-account OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), content you generate, usage telemetry, and standard server logs.

How we use information

To provide the service, train your personal voice profile, schedule posts, bill subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not train public AI models on your content.

Sharing

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), our LLM relay (content generation), and Vercel (hosting). We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights.

Subprocessors

To deliver the service we engage the following subprocessors: Google (Gemini for AI text generation; Imagen for image generation), OpenAI (embeddings used for retrieval-augmented generation), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, DDoS protection), Resend (transactional email), and Creem (payment processing — Merchant of Record). We do not sell personal data, and we share only the data each subprocessor needs to perform its function.
