Refund Policy

We want every Voxsmith subscriber to feel they're getting their money's worth. This policy explains when and how to request a refund.
14-day refund window
If Voxsmith doesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of any subscription purchase or renewal. We'll process eligible refunds back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What's eligible
First-time Pro / Studio / Scale subscriptions, monthly or annual. Accidental upgrades you didn't intend. Double-charges or duplicate subscriptions. Documented service outages > 24h that prevented you from using paid features.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email and order ID (visible on your Creem receipt). Tell us what didn't work — we read every reply and use the feedback to improve. Most refunds are approved within 1 business day.
What we can't refund
Subscriptions cancelled inside the 14-day window are eligible; older renewals aren't. Generations already consumed against your monthly quota. Fraudulent purchases (we'll reverse via the dispute process instead). Usage that violates our Terms of Service (spam, abuse, prohibited content).
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Almost every legitimate dispute resolves faster through email than through your card issuer. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension.
