By using Voxsmith you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Voxsmith to spam, deceive, impersonate, harass, or violate platform terms (X, LinkedIn, etc.). Auto-DM, mass following, and engagement farming are prohibited.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you generate. You grant Voxsmith a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days. Quotas reset monthly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform safety.

Warranty & Liability

Voxsmith is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
